WARRANTY CLAIM GUARANTEE

This warranty covers the product where faulty workmanship and or a manufacturing fault has resulted in the failure of the battery.

If SW Batteries finds upon examination that the battery has failed due to this and is within the specified warranty period, then the battery will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge. The warranty period is not renewed as a result of replacement.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is also guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

• Wrong vehicle application
• Beyond warranty period
• Signs of mishandling
• Damaged cover, casing, terminal posts or plugs
• Occurrence of leaks brought about by damaged cover or casing
• Tampered codes and labels.
• Signs of overcharging (bulging) and undercharging (sulphation)
• If the battery is stored and not properly maintained for a long period of time
